Press the Sauté button on your Instant Pot and allow it to preheat for 2-3 minutes.
While waiting, slice the bacon in half.
Place the bacon slices in a single layer on the bottom of the pot. Work in batches if necessary.
Cook for 4-6 minutes, or until the bacon begins to brown.
Flip the bacon using tongs and continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes until it reaches your desired crispness.
Transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess grease.
Serve immediately or allow to cool before storing.
