Ingredients

  • 1 46-ounce can Dole 100% Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  • Pour the pineapple juice into your popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.
  • Insert popsicle sticks according to the manufacturer's instructions. If using molds without built-in stick holders, follow the mold directions for adding sticks.
  • Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight for best results.
  • To remove the popsicles, run the outside of the molds under warm water for 10–15 seconds.
  • Gently pull the popsicles from the molds and serve immediately.

Notes

No Popsicle Molds?
You can make these pineapple popsicles using small paper cups. Fill each cup about ¾ full with pineapple juice, cover with plastic wrap, and insert a popsicle stick through the center. Freeze until solid.
Storage
Store popsicles in an airtight freezer container or wrap individually in plastic wrap for up to 2 months.
Variation Ideas
  • Blend fresh pineapple chunks for a fresh pineapple version.
  • Add coconut cream for a creamy pina colada-inspired popsicle.
  • Stir in crushed pineapple for extra texture.
  • Mix with full-fat coconut milk for a creamy tropical treat.
