Thanksgiving Casserole with Leftovers
This Thanksgiving Leftover Lasagna is made with layers of tender shredded turkey, savory stuffing, tangy cranberry sauce, and creamy mashed potatoes. All baked together into a cozy casserole that is perfect for using up leftovers and giving them new life. Serve warm with leftover gravy!

(Amounts are flexible — use what you have!)
- Leftover cooked turkey shredded or chopped (about 3–4 cups)
- Leftover stuffing about 3 cups
- Cranberry sauce whole berry or jellied, about 1–1½ cups
- Leftover mashed potatoes about 3–4 cups
- Leftover turkey gravy for serving
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
Spread the shredded turkey evenly across the bottom of the dish.
Add a layer of leftover stuffing on top of the turkey.
Spoon cranberry sauce evenly over the stuffing layer.
Gently spread the mashed potatoes over the top, covering the entire casserole.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes, or until heated through and lightly golden on top.
Remove from oven and let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Serve warm with leftover gravy spooned over the top.

If your mashed potatoes are thick, you can spread them more easily by warming them slightly first and adding a little milk

Add a sprinkle of shredded cheese (like mozzarella or cheddar) on top before baking.
