Ingredients

  • 2 3.9 oz boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 cups cold milk
  • 1 package Golden Oreo cookies about 14–16 oz crushed
  • 1/2 cup mini white chocolate chips
  • 1 8 oz container whipped topping like Cool Whip, thawed
  • Fresh fruit (Blueberries, Strawberries, Bananas)
  • Sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes, until thickened.
  • Let the pudding sit for 3–5 minutes to fully set.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the white chocolate chips for a little crunch.
  • In serving cups, layer the dessert:
  • Start with a layer of crushed Golden Oreos (the “dirt”)
  • Add a layer of pudding mixture
  • Repeat layers until cups are full
  • Finish with a generous sprinkle of crushed Oreos on top.
  • Add fruit on top.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use very cold milk for best results
  • Swap cookies and fruit based on what you have on hand
  • For a richer flavor, use half-and-half instead of milk
  • Add toppings just before serving to keep textures fresh
Don’t be afraid to get creative with your layers! I made several different combinations, mixing and matching cookies, fruit, and toppings in each cup. It’s a fun way to use what you have and lets everyone enjoy a slightly different dessert.
