- 2 3.9 oz boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 cups cold milk
- 1 package Golden Oreo cookies about 14–16 oz crushed
- 1/2 cup mini white chocolate chips
- 1 8 oz container whipped topping like Cool Whip, thawed
- Fresh fruit (Blueberries, Strawberries, Bananas)
- Sprinkles optional
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes, until thickened.
Let the pudding sit for 3–5 minutes to fully set.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the white chocolate chips for a little crunch.
In serving cups, layer the dessert:
Start with a layer of crushed Golden Oreos (the “dirt”)
Add a layer of pudding mixture
Repeat layers until cups are full
Finish with a generous sprinkle of crushed Oreos on top.
Add fruit on top.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Use very cold milk for best results
- Swap cookies and fruit based on what you have on hand
- For a richer flavor, use half-and-half instead of milk
- Add toppings just before serving to keep textures fresh
Don’t be afraid to get creative with your layers! I made several different combinations, mixing and matching cookies, fruit, and toppings in each cup. It’s a fun way to use what you have and lets everyone enjoy a slightly different dessert.
