White Chocolate Coffee Syrup Recipe

This easy white chocolate coffee syrup recipe is rich, creamy, and perfect for adding a sweet, coffee shop–style flavor to hot or iced coffee at home.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz white chocolate
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, heat whole milk and heavy cream over medium heat.
  • Add white chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla extract, salt, and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • Reheat gently before adding to hot coffee
  • Perfect for iced coffee, lattes, and desserts
  • Try with almond milk or coconut milk for variation
