- 2 3.9 oz boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 cups cold milk
- 1 package Oreo cookies about 14–16 oz, crushed
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 8 oz container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 package gummy worms
- Optional: extra whipped topping for garnish
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes, until thickened.
Let the pudding sit for 3–5 minutes to fully set.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the mini chocolate chips for a little chocolatey crunch.
In serving cups, layer the dessert:
Start with a layer of crushed Oreos (the “dirt”)
Add a layer of pudding mixture
Repeat layers until cups are full
Finish with a generous sprinkle of crushed Oreos on top.
Add gummy worms on top, letting some hang over the sides for a fun look.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
